FAQ

  • How do I care for my candle?
The first time you light your candle, burn it until the wax pool reaches the edge of the vessel. This will prevent tunneling and will ensure the candle continues to burn consistently. Always trim your wick to 1/4" before lighting your candle. Do not burn your candle for more than 4 hours at a time. When the candle has burned down to the last 1/4" of wax, it is time to remove the remaining wax and wick so the vessel can be recycled. Always burn your candle on a flat, stable surface away from any flammable objects. Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep away from children and pets.
  • How are your candles made?
Our candles are hand poured in small batches using 100% soy wax, braided cotton wicks, and high quality skin-safe fragances. The wax is heated until liquid, combined with fragrance oils, then poured into a recyclable glass vessel with a wick. After centering the wick, the candle is allowed to cool and cure, after which it is carefully packaged and ready to be sent to you!
